How we’re seeing the role
Reporting into the Business Development Team Lead, we are looking for a handful of amazing BDRs to be a part of a growing sales and marketing function with the mission to accelerate growth. You will be the face of our go-to-market efforts and the first point of contact for many of our prospective customers.
Responsibilities
Achieve (and exceed) monthly targets by booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
Have daily meaningful, quality conversations with C-suite and Director level sales professionals about how a tool like Jiminny helps the development of Sales teams worldwide
Leveraging multiple communication channels (email, phone, video, social media, direct mail) as part of our outreach strategy and wider ABM approach
Close collaboration with other members of the BDR, sales and marketing teams to share feedback and best practice
The bits that we can’t do without
Six months’ plus experience in B2B sales, recruitment or marketing preferably with a focus in Software and Technology
Clear track record of excellence in your current role
A passion to be in sales/sales development
Strong communication skills to establish written and verbal conversation flow with different levels of senior stakeholders
The bits that it would be great if you have
Working in the office or remote, you will understand the importance of self motivation
Great organiser of time and able to prioritise your tasks effectively
Natural curiosity to uncover key strategic priorities of top level executives
