About Jiminny
Jiminny is a fast-growing, AI-powered revenue intelligence platform helping sales teams capture, analyse, and improve every customer interaction. We are scaling quickly, expanding internationally, and building a high-performance go-to-market engine.
We’re still growing and at rapid speed, even for a SaaS startup.Sales/Revenue tech is undoubtedly one of the hottest markets out there at the moment, and our product is already making waves, positioning Jiminny as a fierce competitor against the market leader several times our size.
As for our team, we are doers - it’s why our values all start with ‘be’. We work hard with a lot of fun being had along the way, and embrace a modern business culture that prioritises our team’s wellbeing, happiness and personal development. Read more about us here.
We’d love to see if you’re suitable and interested in the role so please have a read of the following and give us a shout if you’d like to chat.
How we’re seeing the role
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership and the autonomy to shape where the product goes. Working as the right hand to the Head of Product, you'll operate across the whole product helping set direction, then doing the work to make it real. The market we play in changes every few months: new AI capabilities, new buyer expectations, new competitive moves. We need someone who can read those shifts, form a view on what they mean for Jiminny, and turn it into a plan our teams can build against — then change that plan confidently when the evidence says so.
You're as comfortable in a customer discovery call as you are prototyping an idea with AI tooling to pressure-test it before we commit engineering time. This is an individual contributor role — your influence comes from sharp thinking, strong execution and the trust you build across the company, not from a reporting line.
What needs doing
Strategy & Vision
Help shape and champion the product strategy and roadmap, translating a fast-moving, AI-native market into a clear, prioritised plan our teams can execute.
Track shifts in the market, the competition and our customers' world, form a view on what they mean for Jiminny, and adapt direction accordingly.
Make and defend hard prioritisation calls — articulate the outcome we're after, decide what we're not doing, and keep us focused on the most valuable thing we can build next.
Discovery & Validation
Be the champion of our customers and act as their voice inside the team.
Run deep discovery to uncover the real jobs to be done behind what customers say they want, and validate assumptions before we build.
Prototype and experiment to test ideas quickly — so we learn cheaply and commit deliberately.
Build & Deliver with Engineering
Own features end-to-end: write crisp, well-scoped requirements and user stories, refine, plan, prioritise and approve.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering to define and validate the work — getting technical enough to discuss trade-offs, review approaches, and confirm we're building the right thing the right way.
Participate in and lead agile ceremonies, keeping delivery on track.
Launch, Enablement & Iteration
Own how features land: customer-facing comms, help-centre content and positioning, working closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
Enable our internal teams — train and equip Sales, CS and Support so they can confidently take new capabilities to customers.
Close the loop: gather feedback after launch, measure outcomes against the goals you set, and adjust the functionality until it's delivering real value.
Cross-functional Leadership
Be the primary product interface across Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Support and Marketing.
Lead without direct authority — align stakeholders around a shared plan and sequenced priorities.
Partner with Customer Success to stay ahead of customer expectations and feed real signals back into the roadmap.
The bits that we can’t do without
You're a smart, motivated Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of proven experience shipping B2B SaaS products that users love — with strong command of the core PM disciplines:
Problem framing and opportunity assessment
Customer discovery and validation
Roadmap definition and prioritisation
Solution experimentation
Launch, enablement and post-launch iteration
On top of that, you'll bring:
Strategic & adaptive thinking: You can own product direction in an ambiguous, fast-changing market, make sound calls on incomplete information, and change course when the evidence shifts. You articulate the outcome you're after and relentlessly prioritise the most important thing.
Technical fluency / vibe coding: You're technical enough to engage credibly with engineers and to get hands-on yourself — using AI tooling to build prototypes and validate ideas.
Lateral leadership: You're dependable and able to lead others without direct authority.
Business acumen: You understand the market, ask hard questions, validate assumptions, analyse usage data and qualitative feedback, and draw conclusions that move the bottom line.
Character & energy: You own your stuff, you can say no (even when it's painful), and your charisma and motivation are contagious in a fast-paced environment.
Communication & storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal English — able to simplify complex product decisions for any audience, from engineers to leadership.
