How we're seeing the role
Reporting into Sales Director, as a Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in our sales process by supporting discovery calls, delivering exceptional demos, running trials for prospects, and offering technical solutions that ensure customer success. Your primary focus will be to help prospects understand and maximise the value of Jiminny, ensuring a smooth and impactful technical experience throughout the pre-sales and trial journey.
What needs doing
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver engaging and insightful product demos.
- Lead the technical setup and management of trials, ensuring alignment with customer goals and delivering “wow” moments.
- Act as the main point of contact for prospects during trials, addressing technical questions and ensuring their adoption and success with the platform.
- Support the scoping of technical solutions for deals alongside the sales team.
- Work closely with the sales team to increase trial conversion rates and drive new business growth.
- Share customer feedback to develop user cases and collaborate with the tech team to create innovative solutions.
- Maintain expertise in Jiminny’s workflows, integrations, and best practices, becoming a super-user and go-to product expert.
The Bits That We Can’t Do Without
- Experience in B2B software and technology.
- A passion for helping customers succeed and leveraging technology to solve challenges.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
- A proven track record of excellence in tech sales, support, or similar roles.
- Proactive mindset with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Tech-savvy with a quick analytical mind to spot solutions where others might not.
- Experience working in hybrid or remote environments, demonstrating strong self-motivation and collaboration.
