Experience leading or supporting technical implementations, ideally involving CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot), webhooks, or APIs.
A background in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline — or previous hands-on development experience (even partial).
Working knowledge of REST APIs, data mapping, and light scripting (e.g. SQL, Python, JavaScript).

Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, or emerging LLM use cases is a bonus.
Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Postman, Zapier a plus.
