Our SDR team sits at the heart of this growth, directly contributing to over $1 million in new revenue by generating high-quality pipeline and opening strategic opportunities.

What You Will Do
The Core Mission
You will be the first human touchpoint for potential customers, turning conversations into real business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pipeline Generation: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets for SQLs and booked meetings
• Outbound Prospecting: Engage prospects across phone, email, and social with high-energy, high-quality outreach
• GTM Contribution: Help shape how we go to market; feeding real conversations back into messaging, targeting, and process
• Discovery: Run engaging, insight-led conversations to understand people, problems, and opportunities
• CRM Excellence: Keep structured, accurate records in HubSpot. And of course we use Jiminny to make that EASY!
High-Energy Activity Expectations
This role is built on momentum, repetition, and resilience.
• High-Volume Calling: ~200–300 dials per day
• Constant Interaction: You will speak to a large number of people daily
• Performance Metrics: Track and improve conversion rates and book 20+ meetings per month
• Fast Learning Curve: Rapid feedback, coaching, and improvement
This suits people who enjoy being “on”, staying active, and improving through doing.
What We Are Looking For
No traditional sales experience required. In fact, we prefer fresh thinking.
You Might Be From:
• Theatre, acting, or performing arts
• Media, broadcasting, or content creation
• Communications, PR, or journalism
• Or any background where you have developed strong people and communication skills

Requirements
• 3–5 years of life experience (work, study, or other)
• Degree preferred but not essential
• UK-based, fluent English speaker
