How we’re seeing the role:

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer you’ll take pride in building readable, well-designed, and well-tested software. But most importantly, we believe that you need to love what you do and have fun doing it!

What needs doing:

• Design, develop, and operate distributed cloud-native applications;

• UI builder: You'll build and maintain responsive user interfaces across our products;

• Build, improve, and maintain Jiminny's conversational AI — prompt engineering, orchestration, evaluation, and quality assurance;

• Design and run evaluation frameworks: measure prompt quality, track regressions, ensure consistent conversational experiences;

• Provide feedback, training, and recommendations for continuous performance and improvement of Jiminny applications;

• Translate product requirements to well-crafted software solutions;

• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code;

• Participate in code reviews.

The bits that we can’t do without:

You’re a smart, motivated software engineer with at least 6+ years of proven experience in distributed software. You’ll be knowledgeable or delighted to work with the following:

• PHP 7+

• Python

• Laravel framework

• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• Data backends (Elasticsearch, Redis)

• Version control (Git)

• Building and consuming RESTful APIs

• Javascript/ES6 development, with exposure to Vue/React component based frameworks

• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3

• Building layouts with Flexbox and Grid and experienced in modular CSS architecture.

The bits that it would be great if you have:

• Salesforce or other CRM integrations

• Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Office integrations

• AWS Cloud, Docker

• Video streaming services, VoIP

• Test automation

• Developing Chrome Extensions

• Wireframing and UX

• NodeJS

• Test-driven development
